It’s saying that for a lot of people. I had to just place my order with the shipping and immediately do the live chat and they corrected/waived the shipping.
The shipping code isn’t working for me either! I’ve entered my Kohl’s card info and I’m logged into my account. :/
I’m sorry you are not able to get it to work. Some are saying that they are able to get it taken off by live chatting with their customer service.
