What a pain, but got it, thank you!!! Used this websites mobile link, X out of the picture if you can’t see the giveaway, wher it says put your answer, type your zip code, if it does not let you move on switch to Canada, then back to US then tryi again. Done!
Thank you so much… using your phone its a different link I had to type in dkny and I clicked on dkny samples and it directed me to a mobile link to fill out.. help that helps I just filled it out today.
