Any idea why my area (MN) no longer has the free after RR deals? I tried the Oreo bar the other week, just to see if it’d still work, but no, it didn’t. Anyone else have this issue?
I’ve had this issue with the Trolli’s every time. I just let them know and I get the same value in points instead.
As for the Oreo bar I received $1 vs the $0.89 it would’ve been with the RR.
JP…ours aren’t advertised in the ad, so I don’t know how I’d be able to ‘show’ them I’m supposed to get something if it’s not even advertised in our ad. How do you do that?

Sue- I am also in MN and I bought the Black Forest gummy bears today and received the $1.99 RR. It was also posted in the store. I noticed it’s hit or miss on the stores sale tags. I bought 3 of the Oreo bars at 3 different stores and they were advertised in 2 of the stores. I received 2 of them, one of them was at the store unadvertised.
I was thinking about trying some deals in MN after not couponing Wags for a while (like since the point system) and now I think maybe not. It’s just too much to manage points, rr’s, store coupon and mfg coupons for me! Thanks for helping me decide Sue!
My Walgreens were not participating in the free candy deals (after rr rewards) for about 6 months in Michigan. But this week it was advertised and tagged in the store. Maybe they are testing areas?!?
Is there a limit on Mentos and RR? (Can I have more than 1?)
Hi, Paige! When checking the details on that offer in my ad, I find – “Limit 1 Register Reward Coupon per customer, per offer.” Hope that helps!
The cash register is not generating the RR for the Mentos. Appears to be company wide problem. The first store would not do anything. The clerk at the second store knew there was a problem with printing the RR, and automatically gave me cash for the RR plus tax to replace the missing RR. Not sure if this is really a problem everywhere or how quickly it will be corrected. Very happy I got the extra cash instead of the RR as I had to redeem some RRs that were expiring today.
Mentos gum RR not working for me in Indiana
In Arkansas, the register rewards were not printing after purchasing Mentos gum. The cashier notified management and the manager added 1000 Rewards points to my Walgreens card. This is a better deal as the Register Rewards have a short expiration date; whereas, the Rewards points last longer. Ask the cashier and/or manager if this is possible when Register Rewards are not printing.
