I was shopping at ALDI yesterday. In their holiday section I found these candles. The blue one is priced at $7.99 and smells like the Capri Blue Volcano candles. I haven’t burned it to be able to give a more thorough comparison, but for that price I’m willing to try it. I bought 2 Capri blue volcano scent candles a month or two ago on your recommendation and deal link. I’m really enjoying the smell!

Oy, the secret is out! These do smell amazing and look very pretty when burning. They have been out for a couple of weeks and are getting hard to find in the stores. I wanted another one but the two stores in my area only have the gold cloves candle left.
I didnt see them in RochesterNy. Anyone know if they have them?

Thanks. Bought some blue ones as gifts today at Aldi, but I’m keeping them! Lifted the lid and they smell sooooo good. Will gift Bath & Body and Yankee candles instead. These are mine. 🤫
I found these yesterday morning at my Aldi! I was drawn to them because the LOOK like the Capri Blue glass containers. But then I smelled the blue one…OMG just like Volcano! I bought four!

The candle looks pretty, but does not fill the house with scent. I was hoping it will be more fragrant when burning.
Found several of these candles. They are very pretty when burning however, there is no scent at all and I have a sniffer like a dog. Sadly, I’m disappointed.
I agree.. there is absolutely no scent. I am returning the extra candle i purchased which i am not going to use.
These DO give off the capri scent to an entire roo but you have to understand this Aldi candle has limitations. I think in previous comments people thought this is the same scent STRENGTH dupe as Capri Blue which is not the case at all!! I first lit mine in my dining room and couldn’t smell a thing, disappointed but not giving up I thought about my bedroom. My bedroom is med size with a door to close it off versus my dining room which is between my kitchen and living room ( I live in an apt, not a house for reference) Let me say WOW did that candle work in my bedroom! So I think you have to take any ‘dupe’/cheaper alternative for what it is…not as strong as the original and plan accordingly. This Aldi dupe is a great candle (scent strength wise) for a bedroom/small office/bathroom or that type of size. If you want the smell to fill up multiple rooms – then honey save your money and buy the real thing.

No need to be snarky, and I’m NOT your honey. You presume to know our financial situations and how each of us burned our candles. Everyone wants a deal regardless of a “dupe” or not.
To my fellow deal seekers – In my experience, the candle smells nice when just lifting the lid to take a whiff however, THERE IS NO SCENT WHEN BURNING. Large room, small room, bathroom, – nada, nothing, no scent. This is a place to share opinions and experiences, Not berate others.

I initially thought the same, no scent. I accepted that it would be used for ambiance only, since it is so beautiful while burning. However, on the third burn, the fragrance was there, and most enjoyable. The fragrance from one candle filled three rooms in my home.
I bought this too because it reminded me so much of its pricier counterpart and I must disagree with other about the scent. I have a very open floor plan almost 3000 sq feet and you can definitely smell this candle. I have it in my family room and when coming downstairs you can smell it. Hope aldi starts carrying this more frequently as this scent i would consider it more spring/summer scent.
