Read the questions. It appears you can use them for practice it doesn’t affect the integrity of the ladder, it just may not fold up as compact after. But if it is used in an actual fire situation, it is suggested that it is one-time and to replace it at that point. The answer I read the user had called Kiddie and asked. You could likely do that with the model number before purchase.
So worth having these in your home for safety!
