I found many items at our local sam’s that were priced for $0.51 and when i took them to register, the manager stated that she could not sell them to me because anything marked 51 cents was to be sent back to the manufacturer for a full refund to the store. I took pics of all the 51 cent products so I could show the cashier in case they didn’t ring up right and it didn’t matter. They refused to sell me any of those items. I was given the impression that the items were bad even though the experation date on the items was mostly Feb 2019. The items were Hillshire farm turkey breast, pillsbury croissants, philadlephia cream cheese spread and apple juice.
