  Hmm, are you wondering if these have laces? It does appear that these have a “lace up” closure. Hope that helps!

  I mean ..kids cannot tie it properly.. so it might come out and chances of falling down. So wanted to check do kids need to tie it as that of adults.

   They actually do tie, the other version is listed as slip on. I spoke to customer service.
