If you’re playing Starbucks Hopscotch, today is a great day to knock out a few tough squares.
Keeping in mind that this is only worthwhile if you love Starbucks and typically buy these things anyway, I think this may be the most efficient and cost-effective method to complete the board if that’s your goal.
Thursday (50% Espresso Day): After 3 PM, make a mobile app purchase in which you buy 1 iced cinnamon shortbread latte, one other latte, one other handcrafted beverage, and a bakery item (cake pop is typically the cheapest): Two For Yum, Coffee With Friends, Toasty Two.
Friday: Make a mobile app purchase before 9 a.m. from a second store: Order on the Way
Saturday: Make a purchase from a third store: On a Roll
Sunday: Make a purchase from a fourth store. Coffee Ranger, Weekender
Monday: Order a breakfast sandwich or sous vide egg bites before 9 AM. After 2 PM, buy any lunch item: All Day, Lunch Break, Monday Funday, Great Morning, Early Riser
Skip: Use this on any square you like or on the secret block that hasn’t yet been revealed.

My experience last year was that sometimes the board would be a little glitchy, particularly with mobile orders, but a quick e-mail to Customer Service always fixed any issues.
I get a $2 iced espresso double shot (doppio) to kill my latte or handcrafted drinks for cheap. You do not need to spend $5! And cheaper than the cake pop are the mini cookies.

It doesn’t taste medicine-y? Never liked cherry coke or Pepsi. Or is just the toppings that is cherry?
It has a cherry syrup blended into the frap. I had a sample, wasn’t a fan, but I might try it again by altering some things. Instead of mocha I would try it with white blend, not mocha/coffee.

I tried the cherry mocha with only 1 shot of espresso. Not a fan at all! It wasn’t sweet , I tried adding some Splenda but it made it worse. I wish McDonalds would bring back the chocolate covered strawberry frappé that they had several years ago for Valentine’s Day , that was amazing!!!
