This indoor electric grill features a 13-1/2″ x 8″ cooking area and interchangeable, dishwasher-safe ceramic nonstick grill and griddle plates. This grill can maintain a constant temperature up to 450ºF and comes with the Power Smokeless Grill, grill plate, griddle plate, collection pan, glass lid, and two recipe books.
Not sure if there’s any difference in what’s included in the packaging, but Sam’s has this indoor grill on sale for $79.98 online and in-club.
Thanks for sharing, Michele! This offer includes the Griddle Plate, which does not appear to be included with the one from Sam’s.
Is this on easy pay. That would make a difference for some on a tight budget and don’t have all the money to spend upfront.
Any reviews from real users?
I hate to say negative things but my husband got one of these at Sam’s. It would not stay heated enough to even produce a grill mark. Thinking it was just a bad one, we went and got another. We had exactly the same problem. We tried different power outlets, watched all the you tubes, and reread the instructions. I had to finish my burgers on my iron skillet on top of the stove. Maybe we just had bad luck with both of ours but after that we were done. Also, while it’s not that hard to clean, there are a few parts that will have to be cleaned after each use. There will be no more “grilled flavor” than if you pan fried on the stove. It’s a bit more work to clean up than say…a pancake griddle..but some of the parts can go in the dishwasher. Also, I still had to use my vent hood for a small amount of smoke. Sorry, but I would pass and I usually stay out of stuff like this but since you asked..there.
I was going to purchase at sams. I dont care about the griddle plate. And easy to return if it doesnt meet expectations.
Bought this and returned it. Was so excited to get it and it was a huge let down.
Same..won’t stay hot, takes longer to cook, some spots are hotter than others, still produces smoke, and has too many parts to clean.
I bought this from Sam’s Club for my parents for Christmas. My parents returned it for some of the same reasons that have already been mentioned…too many parts to clean. Also, the instructions say basically if you are doing any other meat than hamburgers… you need to pre-cook the meat. That defeats the purpose in my opinion. Too much trouble and too much work!
Thanks everyone for the reviews, was set on purchasing this but the comments stopped me. I’ll continue my search for a similar one, thanks again for the feedback! 😺
