Beware, this price doesn’t include a dinning package. You will pay about $220 a day for two adults and two kids to eat daily if you buy the meal plan, making this a very unattractive “all-inclusive.” However, if you can get by without the meal plan and get creative with how to feed your family on a budget, this is a good rate.

Can you speak to creatively feeding a family at this resort?? It looks amazing, but I worry about surprise fees.

I wondered about exactly that! Thank you so much, Kristina!

Just FYI. Not to be debbie downer, but there are major travel alerts for the Bahamas right now. Might want to check this if you’re at all concerned about these types of things. That being said. I’ve been to this resort a few years ago and the food and room were great, except the lazy river was closed and they canceled our sea lion interaction. The sellers on the beach can be quite pushy as well.

We just got back from Atlantis in February and had a great time. If you don’t do the meal plan you can just eat at any restaurant, coffee shop, or snack bar on your own. Or, pay a little more for a suite with a full kitchen and cook. We had a full sized refrigerator, oven, stove, pots and pans, etc. in our suite. We took a taxi from the airport and stopped at a local grocery store on the way to the resort then made many of our meals in the hotel and ate at either the full sized table in the kitchen area or overlooking the ocean on our full sized table on our balcony. We paid a little more for the room, but cooking on our own (and just having a really nice suite) totally made up for it in my opinion! I also didn’t see a single person selling anything on the beach so maybe they’ve cracked down on that.

would you mind share how much you paid per night for the room with full kitchen? thanks
