Today I found Disney hot wheels cars series 2 for 2.99 a car in the Easter aisle at Aldi. They had the entire series. Amazon is selling the same cars for 10-15 a car. I’ve looked for Minnie Mouse, Sulley, and Belle at Target and Walmart before and haven’t had any luck so was very excited to find them there! My son and daughter are living having their own cars!
So cute! Thanks for sharing your find Laura!
I love Aldi’s chocolates!
Me too! They are SO good!
The Moser Roth chocolate bars are really good so I will be on the lookout for those Easter eggs!
Hubby receives one of the surprise eggs every Easter– they are amazing 🙂
I bought this chocolate last year and it was delicious! My kids especially enjoyed the surprise chocolate egg!
Those surprise eggs look SO fun! Thanks for sharing how yummy the chocolate is too!
I am been looking at the packages on these and it doesn’t say for sure. Is there any chance these are Gluten Free? I am trying to put a little something together for a friend of my Dd for Easter. Thx.
They don’t say, but here are the ingredients : The surprise egg ingredients are sugar, cocoa butter, milk, pal oil, chocolate, skim milk, sunflower oil, lactose, whey, soy lecithin, natural flavor. Allergy warning milk and soy.
The Easter figurines say sugar, dry whole milk, cocoa butter, chocolate liquor, pure butter fat, soy lecithin, vanilla flavoring. Allergy warning for milk, soy, peanuts and hazelnuts
Hope that helps.
Is the chocolate really that decent? I usually stick to brand names like Hershey’s, Dove or Lindt because the store stuff is pretty lousy IMO. I’d be willing to try though if enough people like it. 🙂
I LOVE their chocolates. I’m not a big fan of Hershey chocolate. Too sweet and it feels grainy to me. These are on par with Lindt and Ghirardelli. Very smooth, not too sugary, great chocolate taste.
My daughter cannot have artificial colorings, and the Aldi brand uses natural colors. I was able to get her lollipops and jelly beans this year! She’s going to be so excited!
If you are a marzipan lover, and are lucky enough to find them, their marzipan easter eggs are delicious! And so reasonably priced. They have marzipan at Easter and Christmas, so yummy!
