I purchased 8 of these yesterday and the quality was surprisingly good. I have a fridge that is quite unfortunate on one side so I bought these and used spray adhesive to cover it.
Ooh! I love that idea! I have an older refrigerator in our basement and have put many photos on it with magnets. I have never thought of using spray adhesive! Thanks for the suggestion!
Hard finding a photo that has a high enough resolution…darn
THERE IS A LIMIT OF 5 ORDERS.
Thanks for the heads up!
I was able to order 6.
If you’re having trouble with getting a photo that isn’t high res enough, here is a graphic design hack that may help. I used Photoshop, but I’m sure you can use Gimp or any other freeware program that is similar to Photoshop. The following are directions for Photoshop:
File > Open, then choose your photo
Image>Image Size, Change the image size to 11×14 (make the larger side 14 inches) and set the resolution to 300. If there is an option for Resampling, set it to Bicubic Smoother
You may need to crop the image a little if it doesn’t exactly fit the 11×14 frame. On one photo, I created a matte around the image because it was there was no room to crop it. It came out great looking. Walgreens really does a good job with the prints!
Hope this helps
Thanks so much for taking a moment to leave such a helpful comment, Jenny!
