It’s like that for me, too! My orders get cancelled all the time, even though the website shows an initial stock of a product. I’ve ordered the same product but in separate transactions, and their system does not process in the order that they are received. It’s not first come, first serve.

I got one of the north face 2 Columbia fleeces at 7.76 and then a Columbia puffer jacket 23 and some change and some shirts that were 1.76 I got my total up to 60 and got the 15 off 60 if you use star card and then I had a 20 dollar reward card so I paid just over 30 for everything I need some new jackets for winter thanks for posting !!! Anyone wanting to know the code is spring95 it’s case sensitive so all caps for spring

Couldn’t get the promo code to work and one sold out during the checkout process. But…I did get two!!!!
The code was case sensitive it had to be all caps but it worked for me on the sale jackets

I was charged 3 different companies for 100+$ each within 5minutes of ordering then never received or contacted back from support.
Yup me to except was charged 385$ and didn’t get no receipt or email if order worked or not. Can’t get a reply to support contact.
The exchange is a legitimate site, not a scam. Every military base has a brick and mortar store. I have shopped at the exchange for more than a decade and have never had any issues with fraudulent charges.
I ordered 2 pink as that is all that is left in size L. I did site pick up at our local exchange if not ships free with $49 purchase or $4.95 without.
