I bought this last year for use in my bedroom. I live in the South, so hot sticky nights keep me awake. I’ve looked at these for years, and wondered if it was worth the price. Yes, yes, yes! It’s a bit expensive for a fan, but I can keep my AC set a little higher because of it, so it’s saved me money too. I believe the air compression causes it to have a cooling effect in addition to air circulation. It’s nice and quiet, even cooling, sleek with no blades to tempt the cats. It’s soo, soo, nice. I just bought 2 more-one for my elderly mom who skimps on AC, and one for my boyfriend, who also skimps on AC. More comfort for my family this summer without a lot of added cost. Best cooling fan ever, and I’ve been running it on low level 2!!
WOW! WOW! WOW! Better living through technology and in this case, 100% accurate! I am beyond thrilled with my new fan(s) bought 2 on sale. They are so effective AND quiet and I don’t know how I could live without this now! It is so FANtastic with NO blades and: slim, simple set up, attachable remote, easy to clean, easy on the eyes, (iron color, blends in easily) lightweight and moves anywhere in home, with a 6 foot cord. I have looked at these for 2 years at least and am so happy I finally took the plunge…especially at the sale price…worth every penny IMO. I chose these over AC this year.
