Just in time for Father’s Day. I was trying to put the order online but the pic collage was not fitting in 8*10 mode. So I visited the nearby store and the employee there helped me to adjust the pic on his pc. Great service.

Hey, sorry to sound stupid here, but how exactly do you pick up the photo? I’ve never done it before. Do you say your name or show the order confirmation page? Thanks!
Just tell them you have a pictures to pick up and give you name. I always write down the order #, too, however I have never been asked for it. You may also want to give them a heads up that it’s an 8×10 you’re picking up– otherwise they look in the bins first (which apparently aren’t big enough for those envelopes), then when s/he can’t find it, it may or may not occur to the employee to ask whether it’s a larger size.
