The products are excellent quality — much better than Ipsy. And you get a mix of makeup, creams, and hair products.
However, it was very difficult to cancel my box (there is only so much eye shadow and lipstick I can use). It took several phone calls and three emails to get my subscription cancelled, and had to pay for an additional box (I received two after canceling the 1st time, but got reimbursed for one).
So, subscribe only if you know you want it for the long run!
I’ve heard it’s best to sign up for this box through Amazon as its very easy to cancel using that platform

I love the Allure box. You can see what items will be in the upcoming box and pause if you know you won’t enjoy it. We’ve had Birchbox, Ipsy, Sephora Play and Macy’s, and this one has had the least issues (last month I didn’t receive one of the samples) and was super easy to pause for this month. My ONLY complaint is that the lip colors are almost always matte, nude or a weird red so I always have to pass them on.
Macy’s was the worst – they were missing at least one sample on several shipments and in order to resolve you had to go in to the store. CS is horrible!! I also don’t miss Sephora Play. My teenager still gets Ipsy and I get Birchbox.
