Clear cache… close browser… open again… lock out message is when bb tries to connect with ur provider account.

not sure if it will be the same as Verizon, but instead of adding a new line (which was not what I needed)– it showed a $40 “upgrade fee” 🙁
For at&t, it just says upgrade not available 😭
It does not work with pay as you go accounts, must be post paid.
