I signed up for the credit card on the 14th and received it Saturday however, they did not send me the $40 coupon that I was entitled to with this offer. I had to contact customer service, waiting over 10 minutes for them to verify that it was not mailed out with the card and they apologized for not sending it since I did qualify and was supposed to have received it. They said it would take 1 to 2 weeks for me to receive it in the mail. 🙁

You just need a check from your account. It will be voided and returned to you. You’ll receive the coupon in the mail with your card.
