Oh no, are you using it on your phone or a computer? I find that on my phone it’s sometimes a bit tough to navigate (but that might be my phone, not in general). As a whole, I actually LOVE their website. I leave stuff in my cart, I “save for later” and I go back to buy when they do free shipping (like today). 🙂
I also hate their web site. It’s not user friendly. If you look at an item then hit the back button, the site doesn’t take you back to where you were and mixes up the items you just looked at.👎👎two thumbs down.
