It seems like such a simple thing, but it really makes a huge difference around my house! As soon as the clean dishes come out, we flip it to “dirty”. How funny! I just bought this a few weeks ago because I got so tired of everyone asking if the dishes were clean or dirty. My little ones love it so much though, that they constantly switch it and we never know anyway!

We have one similar and it started to rust behind on our dishwasher. We added four small magnets to the back of the large flat magnet to allow air flow and prevent moister getting trapped. Once we did that it’s been perfect. (Glued rare earth magnets to the other magnet- to keep it toddler friendly).

I cut out a portion of a magnetic tag from advertising mails. Print a black & white “clean/dirty” sign, tape it on the magnetic tag. Flip it to show clean or dirty dishes.
