Thank youuuuuuu!!!!!! We wanted to get one for my son for Christmas for under $200 and you definitely made that possible! The 14’ was $160 after taxes. AND! If you log in to RetailMeNot, they’ll give you $15 cash back on Academy purchases over $75 🙂

Thanks for the cash back tip Allison! I was planning on getting the $99 basketball goal for my son and that will help! 😊

Highly recommend tie down steaks with this. Ours is the only trampoline standing on our road after the last wind storm…

Thanks so much for the helpful tip!

I will never understand why people buy these for their children. My husband works in a hospital and sees nasty injuries daily from these death traps. Yikes!

    • Bee0619

My nephews were holding hands and jumping on their trampoline, the older one ripped the younger ones shoulders of socket and he broke both of his arms. After that it went in the garbage! Very scary!

I hate to sound like the Grinch because I have wanted a trampoline for years… BUT my insurance company would *cancel* me if I had a backyard trampoline. I live in CA. and have AAA insurance… but I hear that it’s the norm. around here.

I’m wondering how much home owners insurance goes up when you have a trampoline

    • Mamarenie

A lot! My husband works at a hospital and it raises our health we pay for also.

Our insurance company flat out cancels the policy if they find you to have a trampoline. Not worth IMO

Are there some instore or online coupons or coupon code?

  7. Anemsa

Thank you! My youngest has been asking for one. Her adult siblings had them in the days before enclosures, and I think this is what we paid back then without an enclosure.

As for injuries, my 21 year old is an athletic daredevil. I’ve never been able to discourage her from taking risks. Her biggest injuries and medical expenses have come from doing everyday tasks and chores rather than what is considered risky. Getting hurt is part of life.

Million likes to your post. We cannot be too protected of our kids and refuse them of the things we adults think too
dangerous for them. You are absolutely right, getting hurt is part of life.

If you follow rules while on a trampoline, you shouldn’t have a big risk of getting an injury. Only one jumper at a time, not jumping on to ground, not jumping when the trampoline is wet, not trying to do crazy flips that your not trained to do. We have always had one at at house. Just follow the rules, my kids love our trampoline.

We’ve always had a trampoline up until we moved to the beach and didn’t have a yard for one. Just moved and bought a new house so I️ can now rebuy! My kids are 14 & 8 .. they still love them. I️ grew up with my grandma having one WITHOUT a net and none of us kids ever go hurt. I️ would say definitely play on the side of caution for safety though! 🙂
