I’m Collin, and I so appreciate you stopping by. ❤️

I’m a mom of three and the proud wife of a former enlisted Marine. My family and I currently reside in Dallas, Texas where my hubby and I are originally from. It’s so nice to be back with some of our family and friends!

A few of the things I love include coffee (lots of it!), cozy blankets (lots of ’em!), long walks (with the hubby), and I still absolutely love that feeling you get when scoring an awesome deal – and then getting to share it with anyone & everyone who will listen! 😆

I began blogging at Hip2Save.com in the summer of 2008 as a way to help myself, my family, and my friends save money. To be honest and totally transparent, the biggest reason I began blogging was to keep myself accountable. Before starting Hip2Save, I had racked up over 40K in credit card debt.😨 Read my full story here.

When starting my tiny blog back in 2008, I had no idea this hobby of mine would turn into a full-time endeavor and that Hip2Save would become the nationally recognized savings site that it is today!

Because Hip2Save is a fully virtual company, I not only had the opportunity to build a business from the ground up, but I also had the privilege to watch my family grow.

At first, it was just little ol’ me. Then my big sister Bryn came on board to help me do all the Hip things. Over time, our team has grown to include over 30 money-saving experts from all over the country. It’s incredible to be able to employ so many amazing individuals. Our hard-working team at Hip2Save includes deal testers, content creators, deal writing experts, community engagement specialists, and more.

At Hip2Save, we hard to save you money, and we have a ton of fun in the process. We pride ourselves on providing the latest and best deals (no junk!), legit freebies, budget-friendly recipes, easy DIY projects, frugal tips, money-saving coupons, and SO much more. We’ve saved our Hip Community millions of dollars over the course of 17 years, and we believe being Hip to Save will never go out of style.
