14-month-old son went on a boat for the first time and I had to get a life vest that was comfy because he would be sitting for most of the trip. I spent quite some time comparing different PFDs on Amazon and ended up choosing this one. It seemed the least bulky and I assumed the colorful designs could keep some interest in wearing it versus just a plain colored. His first time wearing a life jacket and first time on a boat was a wonderful experience. He did not fuss (except for heat/weather) with the vest at all! He was comfortable standing, sitting, and getting carried with the vest on. Great buy!
My daughter is small the first time she wore it she was ten months 15 pounds and we had a lake trip planned. I wanted something that she could grow into. This fit well and she was comfortable in it, so much so she fell asleep.
After carefully researching all of the choices for lifejackets on Amazon I went with this one due to the reviews it had. It had the highest review out of all the others and the least amount of negative reviews and I’m so happy I chose it. My son is almost 3 and weighs 25 lbs and most lifejackets are for over 30 lbs. This one was able to be adjusted to fit my son perfectly and he loved wearing it. I’m not at all concerned for my son’s safety in it!
