Hey shandabell! You can use these coupons in store or online — but not both. The Bath & Body Works mail coupons include a barcode to use in store and a code to use online at checkout, and are valid for one-time use. Hope this is helpful! 💞

I think you may have misunderstood the question like I did at first. They are asking specifically for this sale online so you can’t use coupons online for this sale bc the candle promo code must be entered. Explains it in the post.
Hey amandaa! We’re not currently seeing any details yet on a promo code that needs to be entered to score the candles for the sale price. Are you seeing this mentioned somewhere else that we might be missing? If that is the case, then you are correct – you wouldn’t be able to apply any further coupons to the order, since it is a limit of one online. If the candles are marked down already for the sale online, you are able to use a coupon on the order in addition. ❤️

I’m finding this virtual line thing very frustrating! I entered my email the second I was able to, and was given a time that appeared to be over an hour away. Fine, I went to do other things. Came back to my computer 20 minutes later and it said I missed my chance and had to get back in line. What? I didn’t even get an email saying it was my time. So I’m in line again, supposedly an hour wait. Now I’m wondering if the time they are giving me is not in my time zone. Either way it did not work as they stated it would in the FAQ…

It kept booting me back to my cart screen, and it took me about 7 tries to check out. I finally did, but it said my order total was $86 for a $12 order! I am so confused and frustrated, I was in line to shop, told me I had over an hour something wait, no email, and when my clock said midnight it was all over. But ok no biggie I will go to store. More frustrating is during all this I realise my coupons mailed to me just like above in the flyer the Joy Christmas coupons expired November 27th and I have not gotten anything else. Everyone talking about $10 off 40 and 20% off double stacking. I’m like I can never even get o r coupon let alone double. And then every year oh let’s double check your address and email. Then I pull my email and you can see where I get and they just stop like. Maybe I should just find somewhere else to buy candles vs deal with so much inconsistency.

Shopped in store this morning at 5am and was able to use the 20% off paper coupon plus the $10.00 off $40.00 app coupon to make the candle total $7.13 each. I was also able to use a rewards free item up to $16.50 and the app coupon for a free item up to $17.50. A dozen candles, a bottle of body spray and body lotion all for $85.52 before tax. Receipt says total discount was $262.48!

Tried ordering last night but after waiting for 1.5 hours for my turn, I decided to go to the store instead. My mom and I went between both of us we got 6 lotions B3G3, 11 candles, 2 free lotions (17.50) and used 2 of the $10 off $40. We did a split of the items. We ended up paying $145 for everything.
