This Blackstone can bake, sear, roast, and sauté and features two independently controlled cooking zones that can fit a TON of burgers, hot dogs, strips of bacon, or anything else you want to cook. The griddle plate is designed to heat up quickly and evenly and has built-in wind guards. Plus, it has a rear grease management system for easy cleaning.
