This griddle is awesome. I bought it for my husband because we have the 22″ one for RV-ing and love it. This griddle has a warming drawer and an air fryer. The warming drawer keeps the food warm as you cook your other foods. My husband realized that if you use two of the grease trays side by side they fit perfectly in the warming drawer. We fit a dozen scrambled eggs on one side and a pound of bacon on the other with room for more if needed. Easy serving of the food and no clean up inside the drawer.
This is our second Blackstone Grill! They are the best outdoor option that I have experienced. This unit has a smaller grill but the addition of an air fryer and a warming drawer. We cooked chicken cheese steaks for 7 easily on it. It is seasoned beautifully and is way easier to clean up than cooking in your kitchen. The air fryer works better and faster than the unit that sits on my counter. No better way to cook bacon, pancakes, French toast, hash browns, steaks…Would recommend over a grill any day!
