This is such a great toy. The cash register is perfect for all of the 3 children at different stages. First, my toddler enjoys it because she has been pretending to sell and this is perfect for her. They take turns with my 5-year-old as well and he’s learning about money too. Lots of fun!
This was a big hit with my toddler. I use it for supervised play only because there is a warning about choking hazards. I guess it must be the coins? Not entirely sure. Regardless he loves it and it is a good compromise between flashy and low-tech toys. There is a calculator component for introduction to adding money values, but it also inspires a lot of imaginative play.
