Sounds great but” cook from frozen turkey” is not available at my store Also how big are the turkeys offered lets say I need a 15 pound bird for the holidays or is it only the breast I guess have to call Butterball
They aren’t available in all stores quite yet. But they are coming. They are not just a breast they are a full turkey and range up to 24 pounds.

I choose to believe that these won’t be so cheap as we might want to take advantage of an extra deal or clearance and pick up a spare, for the freezer, to hold for next year (or the next time the turkey cravings hit, before next Thanksgiving).😀
I have cooked several turkeys from frozen. This afternoon I did a pork roast from frozen. Just bake 1.5 times the normal baking time. The challenge with the turkey is getting the giblets out. I usual throw it in the oven with them and take the turkey out after awhile, take the neck and giblets out then. . Always use a meat thermometer to check for doneness!

Now this is a good idea! Honestly, I’d love to see them in the turkey handouts they do for the holidays to serve families in-need. A small apartment kitchen, for example, isn’t the place for dealing with giblets and such lol. Yay Butterball!
