Please post a screenshot of the coupon. Again I don’t see it anywhere. I only see the 20% off and subscribe and save. Maybe I don’t know where to look. Usually coupons are right with the product.

Thanks for your screenshots. I switched to laptop and a different browser. It didn’t change the result. Apparently, Amazon doesn’t offer it to all accounts. It just isn’t there. I haven’t purchased any Dove products on Amazon before, so that is not the issue.
