Last time, no e-mail showed up for me, then when I called customer service mid-day I was told that all of the e-mails had not been sent out yet, that they would be sent by 5 p.m. eastern (I had participated last summer, and I made sure that I was still registered by re-registering online– plus the Maybelline rep. put my e-mail address in again for good measure to supposably make sure that I would receive an e-mail by the end of the day, however mine was still never sent).
