I also just soak my pans overnight if they have stuff stuck on because I will not use a scraper. Also, THEY GET HOT FAST. Think of medium heat as your new high heat! High heat will burn stuff in a flash. I seriously can’t use over medium heat to cook properly. But they cook evenly and as long as you stay away from abrasive scrubbers and metal utensils these pans should last a super long time! Very pleased with them!!!”
