Received the tower from good friends (thank you again if you are reading this). Arrived and have been enjoying all the goodies. Pears melt in your mouth, so tasty. Moose Munch, cherries, nuts, and truffles, everything is fantastic!!
A dear family member sent this tower to me for Christmas this year. Not only was this the most delicious “food gift” I’ve ever received, but I learned (by following the enclosed instructions) how to “ripen” some awesome pears, a technique I have now used when buying pears (none compare to H&D though). Bottom line, EVERYTHING was so delicious & I so hope I receive it again next year, lol. I’ve definitely hinted enough, lol!
Wanted to make you aware this was a total bust. Purchased the item right away on the 12th and they are now telling me it will get to my MIL by the 20th. When I called the customer service rep said once the promo code went in it knocked the shipping down to standard not expedited. My email shows the $41 for expedited being discounted but on his side it shows as standard. Thought you would want to be aware of what is occurring with this company on your code.
