Me,too. Waited 45 minutes, and then when it countdown was zero, got the “service unavailable” message. 😡
Me too. It happened 3 times to me.
It took my email address and then went unavailable.
I was in the que for a while got all the way down to 2 mins and it crashed!
I’m getting web service errors when I try using my laptop, but was able to get in the wait line when I used my phone. Wish me luck!!

Fourth time trying…keeps me n up to 45 min wait to get in, then crashed page or service unavailable,. I wish Lowe’s would address this in some way.
I see nothing on Lowe’s website and the crashing as soon as you enter your email address? The holidays are an easy time to scam people. Can someone please verify that this is legitimate?

Omgosh!! I waited “in line” TWICE!! Each time my wait was 57 min. Both times when the time was up I got an “Error” page!!!

I was able to enter my email and then enter my contact information on the next page. I couldn’t make it past that page but I received an email saying “Thanks for Registering”. Now when I try to use my email, it says “It looks like you or someone from your household already claimed a prize.” So I have no idea if or what I won?!

hahahah… If you don’t have expectations of this working, it’s fun! Started out waiting 54 min, then it shot up to 1hr 20 min.. finally 8 minutes.. then 1min, then site appears then crashes! lol It’s all good. I was having no luck in Chrome (given a wait time, then error, wait time, then error). I switched to Edge, and it immediately looked different. It went straight to an entry form. I did get an error message after submitting, but when I reloaded the page it went to the spin wheel, and then I won $10. (Not sure switching browsers was the reason it worked, but it’s worth a try!

I got through twice. Once it crashed after entering info the second it said you’ve already played so I guess they counted the entering of info as playing i dont know but I never stunned etc. boo

I’ve tried several times. Was able to get as far as leaving my email. Then got an error message. I didn’t win anything but surprise surprise they were able to use it to send me their Black Friday ads. 😡
It told me I had an hour wait but it only took about 30 minutes.Then when I got through it told me I had tried too many times. It was my first time trying.
Wait time is now 2 hours and 54 minutes! Not waiting! Lol
