This is exactly what I needed for retrieving the pins and needles that always escape when I’m sewing. It doesn’t take up much room yet extends to reach out while I’m still seated, the magnet is plenty strong, and the light is a godsend while searching for those escapees (I’d rather find them while I’m working before my feet do – ouch!). I’ve even used it to retrieve a screw that fell into the works of my machine.

I LOVE this flashlight. Now, I never lose things under the car seat, the sofa, the bed, etc. I got two, so if I lose one, I have the other so that I can find the lost one, lol! The flexible neck has helped me find items lost under the carousel in my kitchen cabinet, and missing items in my dark closet, etc. I appreciate the bottom magnet, as I have an end table with metal on it so one of the pair is always handy.
