Check out this 5-star review:

As a woman in my 40s concerned about bone density, I recently purchased a weighted vest to enhance my workouts. The vest is comfortable, with a breathable fabric and padded shoulders that fit well without restricting movement.

I started with a 5-pound load and gradually increased it, which has made my walking and strength training more effective. I’ve noticed improvements in my strength, stability, and overall fitness, which is encouraging for my bone health.

The vest is versatile enough to wear during workouts and daily activities, making it easy to integrate into my routine. Overall, I highly recommend this weighted vest for women looking to improve bone density and fitness—it’s a worthwhile investment!

    How do you wash these?

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

Great question! I actually have one and found the details on cleaning it in the box! They are not machine washable as that can damage them. They do recommend wiping it down with a damp cloth or alcohol after use and be sure it is dry before storing it to prevent mildew. 💕🤗

Curious, how does one know what weight to get?

    • Gigi

I have read about 10 percent of your body weight.

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

Great question! It is recommended to use a vest that is 8-20% of your body weight. There’s a helpful chart to check within the product images and then further down the product page as well. Hope you love yours if you decide to grab one! ❤️❤️

I have considered one, but I am curious how comfortable this is to large chested ladies.

Collin, what weight do you and your mom use?

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

Hey there! Collin has a 10lb green vest and a 20lb pink vest that they’ve used. 💕 Be sure to check the chart on the product page to find the best weight option for you! 🤗

    I’m 130lbs 5’4” and use a 20lb vest.

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

Thanks for sharing the weight you have! I’m very similar in size and have a 10lb vest. I may be ordering a heavier one soon! 💕

The codes are no longer working

    • Trish (Hip Sidekick)

Hi candice! I just tested and the promo code is still working for me. Which one were you trying to grab and I can check for you? 🤗

      • Candice

The 10lb vest. I just tried again and it still won’t work

        • Jessica (Hip Sidekick)

Hi Candice! It looks like the promo code was valid through July 26th only. ❤️ I do see a 15% off coupon to ‘redeem’ on the product page when clicking through the link in our post, if that might be helpful for saving!
