Directions
1
Wipe off and clean bunny or Easter egg decor before painting. Prep a spray paint area outside to protect any surfaces.

Apply spray paint in light coats, letting each coat dry in between. Make sure all areas are covered with paint and let dry completely.
3
Use “chocolate” bunnies and decor to create a table centerpiece.
My Easter table looks so cohesive and adorable now!
If you want to go the extra mile, consider placing your new chocolate bunny decorations on a festive tablescape, or using them as centerpieces for your Easter brunch. I paired mine with green moss and pastel-colored accents like pink, mint, or lavender for a beautiful spring look!
I love the look of adding a bow around the bunny’s neck too! So cute and festive.
Don’t forget to check out your local thrift stores for inexpensive bunnies to paint too! This could be a fun activity to gather some pals and create together.

How many spray cans did you use for this?
Hi Cindy! Just one and lots left in my can. Thanks!
Wow, everything looks gorgeous and taste tempting! Do you have to do any pre-prep to the items before painting them?
Thanks so much! 🫶❤️ I do wipe down and remove any stickers but that was basically it. Just a few light coats of spray paint. Let dry in between coats.
Lina, your table looks adorable! I purchased the bunnies (to fill) but now I want to go back and get a couple more for my table too. I never would have thought of this without your post. Please keep the great ideas (and recipes too) coming. I use both and have had wonderful results on everything. Thank you!!
Oh thanks so much for the sweet comment! I am glad you liked this craft. Thanks for stopping by Sarah!
I did this with the little unfinished ceramic bunnies that they sold at the dollar tree in the craft area (not sure if they still sell them). I pulled the metal loops out of the top of their heads with pliers and used a brush and brown acrylic paint that I already had on hand instead of the multicolor paint pots that came with it.
What a fun idea to do with unfinished ceramic bunnies from the Dollar Tree too, Gigi! Thanks for sharing another fun idea to create these “chocolate” decor pieces!
