This makes me wish we had a Red Robin close. Lucky to all those who can use this.
How can we find out if our local RR participates? I know that MI RR has been excluded in the past.
When you checkout, it should tell you if the code is good. You have to pick your store and pay online.
I know the Ann Arbor (State St) location is not corporate owned, and they don’t participate. I haven’t found any Southeastern Michigan locations that even participate in online ordering. It would be so helpful if they did because it seems like every time I call to place a takeout order, I’m put on hold for at least seven minutes and that’s about the point where I hang up and make other dinner plans. Online ordering would make it easier for everyone!
I used to love Red Robin but I’m having a hard time with them because we got long hair in our food and they were going to contact us but never did. I believe I got completely blown off. Even after they said “oh no! That is not ok!” hmm, apparently it is.
Email the company directly. Like where it says contact us and give them the info and which store it happened at. I find that they are better at resolving things.
That happened to us before at Red Robin. A hair in one of the macaroni and cheese. They ended up taking one of the meals off the bill…which was nice. But it is gross. I’ve been back since and have had better luck
Almost all of them do that in my experience.
Called local store in and Wichita said they weren’t participating! Darn, guess they missed out on business!!!
