Print out the gift card (or add it to your Starbucks account in app)
Go into the physical store and pick out a gift card.
Use the print out (or the gift card stored in your app) to pay.
I do it all the time. I collect up all the little $5 cards done at various places as a promo and then combine them into a $20-25 physical card to give as a holiday or birthday gift.
