I have been a very happy subscriber for over a year. Or should I say my dogs have been! My oldest dog now thinks every box we get in the mail is for her. Great treats & very well made toys. My dogs wouldn’t touch 1 package of the treats at all. An email to BarkBox resulted in a speedy $10 credit to replace the treats with free shipping to boot. Great company and super customer service!
I did Barkbox for a year before canceling. The quality of the products are great, and the value certainly is there! The toys are just such good quality that I am waiting for my doggy to finish destroying the ones she has (and it’s taking a while) before re-subbing. The treats and chews are great, and I only ever had one bag of treats my dog didn’t like from barkbox. I reached out to customer service about my dog not wanting anything to do with that bag of treats, and they gave me a credit and free shipping to pick out a new treat from their shop!! Fantastic customer service. I have nothing but good things to say about barkbox!
I tried Bark Box over Christmas and was going to cancel… nope! I’m in love with these boxes!! Err… I mean my dog is. LOL They do such a great job and the toys and treats are really great quality. My daughters had a great time cutting out the Viking hat and filling in the little poem they had. These boxes are really a hit in our house! I highly recommend it!
I am a veterinarian so I am VERY picky about my dog’s toys and treats. I wanted to see what all the fuss was about so we tried it and received our 1st box a few weeks ago. I was more than a bit concerned that many of the toys are meant to be torn apart. They even make a stuffing filled toy with another “hidden” toy inside. To me, this just screams GI obstruction. When I expressed my concern and my puppers disappointment in having her new favorite toy taken away (stuffing explosion within 24 hours) customer service was great. They upgraded me to a customized box with tougher seams next month. They also make a tough chewer box without plush toys although it costs a bit more. These boxes are adorable and fun but please please be cautious and upgrade if you have a chewer.
We’ve been getting the Barkbox for our 2 dogs for about three years now, and they KNOW when it’s that box that the mailman has delivered. 
Our Chihuahua couldn’t care less about the toys, but our Chiweenie, a rescue from a traumatic beginning, was destroying them swiftly and, like the vet above said, choking on them. (And this is a dog who’d already had surgery to remove an obstruction. 
) anyway… customer service at Barkbox is AMAZING, and after some back and forth, we upgraded our pups to the Super Chewer subscription. These have now stood up to Tapi’s powerful jaws! Oh, and both pups go berserk for the treats. All of ’em.
My Chihuahua doesn’t care for made for dog toys, she loves the kids happy meal plushies they sometimes give out and the box they came in 🎉😋
My big dog would chew the toys up in less than a day. My little one doesn’t stand a chance of having any toys!!! Very sad.
These toys are actually pretty good quality. Although my destroys them, the toys come with a ball inside ilo of a squeaker. So after the toy is destroyed, my dogs still have the ball. And my doxie loves to play fetch and hide his balls.
