When I use that coupon, it is adding shipping charge. how do you get free shipping?
I had the same problem. I had something that there was no shipping, used the coupon and then it charged me shipping. I tried first doing an online chat and got nowhere, but then called with my cart ID, they waived the shipping charge and placed the order for me.

Yes!!!!! At first it said technical difficulties, so I called customer service, and they basically said, “It’s not working” and hung up on me. So I tried ordering something else, and it took off the code but now is charging shipping!
I was, but then I switched from Internet Explorer to Google Chrome and it worked fine then. Hope that helps. 🙂
