The way I read it was some items are not eligible and if shipping is still showing than it doesn’t apply but I have tried 5 items and shipping shows on all of them. Must be a glitch.

Just got my order of 2 footbed sandals. Im soo disappointed because the toe divider is plastic I guess and as soon as I put them on and took a step I almost wailed in discomfort! Too bad, they are very cute and a great buy if they were comfortable. They MUST go back!
Oooo call to tell them. They might want you to return them. I ordered a a pair with a recent deal and free shipping and they sent the wrong size so they asked me to return them. I told them that I would still love to order something else to replace it from zulily and I asked if I could have a free shipping code or credit and they couldn’t do that but… they gave me a $10 credit instead! They weren’t going to give me anything until I had asked about free shipping. I had only asked because I had gotten the sandals with free shipping and didn’t really want to pay for free shipping on another pair due to their mistake. If your shoes are really bad then give them a call and they might accept a return. Good luck!
