My kids LOVE updating the Christmas countdown every December and the wedding one would make a cute shower gift if you wrapped it with a bow and included a marker. I hope you all enjoy and make use of this idea!
So Cute! This would be the negative of getting a black/white laser printer for coupons….Can’t print in color 🙁 I guess I can print it when I go to the library for the kiddos later 🙂
Convert it to a line drawing & print it in black & white & have the kids color it in:) It would be more personal that way:)
Great idea, thanks!
I saved a similar picture I found online (just google Christmas countdown and change the tab to images) and saved it to my computer (just remember what folder you save it to!) Then when Walgreens offers a free 8×10, upload the saved pic and voila!
How do you convert it? Is it a printer setting?
Awesome thanks!!
Thank you, Collin!! Soo pretty 😀 Merry Christmas!
Thanks again Collin!🎅
black/white printer, no problem….color it in 🙂
I did this for valentines day last year. My message in the frame was “I love you because” I will be making this too!
So thoughtful of you Collin. Thanks for sharing! Saved the Christmas & Disney trip one for future use. You’re Awesome…
Anyone have a similar Christian countdown (not Santa)? My kids think he’s Noah with the deer lined up two by two!

Yes, thank you for sharing the link!!
Thanks for reposting this Collin! I meant to do a search on it from where you previously posted.
Great idea- thx Collin
These are great. Would be cool to have one for dad/mom returning from deployment.
2 years ago we went to Disney World in February. For Christmas I wrapped a series of Disney related items for my kids (6 and 15 then). The final gift was to both of them and it was a homemade countdown calendar I had made much like the one above with a dollar store frame and dry erase marker. I have a video of my daughter opening that gift (son already had an idea and let her open it alone) and the looks of confusion turned to joy on her face are priceless. It was a super fun gift and made the dreary time between the holidays and our vacation much more fun.
