I’ve never gotten anything & when I asked why they couldn’t give me an answer. I’m in their system, I had them check. It’s possible my coupon was stolen from my mail though b/c our mail person at our old house was very shady & had taken other coupons too. Very disappointed all around. For those who are new to signing up for birthday freebies, I’d advise doing it well in advance! Some places send out your freebie email coupon up to a month before the actual day and if you don’t sign up in time you have to wait until the following year.
Also I’ve never received ECB from CVS on my birthday. I think one year I got a free body splash but that’s it. Anyone else get the ECB?

I haven’t ever gotten it. I had to e-mail customer service, after which they issued the $3 ExtraBucks. That has happened two years in a row, even after I had checked online that my birthday is on file with my account, so evidently they don’t care about fixing whatever the problem is.

I received an email from Firehouse subs that they will No longer take a photo ID for a free sub on your birthday. You now have to download their rewards app the free sub will be loaded to your account. You will now have 7 days (starting on your birthday) to use it.

My birthday is today. Last year I signed up for as many as I could and this year I only received a couple.

Those are about the only reasons I can think of why you might not have gotten the birthday coupons you were hoping for. (Although a lot of companies do seem to be cutting back. Previously the free birthday offer at Starbucks was good for about two weeks; now it’s only available for 2 or 3 days!)
I just sent Starbucks an email I got my email for my free birthday drink on the 14th which is my birthday and it was only good until the 15th and of course I never looked at my emails until today the 16th because I’ve been busy so no free birthday drink for me!!!
I had an issue with my free birthday drink from Starbucks last year. I discovered the issue when I tried to redeem my free birthday drink. The barista was so nice and just gave me my drink.
correction to this – now the bday offer from sbux is good ONLY on your bday, at least if you’re green level member I know that’s the case. They might give gold members a few days though….not sure
Great reminder tip! I loved opening my emails this morning to receive various happy birthday coupons. Although I didn’t receive a coupon in my email from International Delight, it was still nice of the company to wish me a happy birthday. Also, ask for your birthday meals to go. You’re set for lunch the next day!

Sephora doesn’t give a coupon. You get a birthday freebie. It is automatically loaded to your beauty insider account and when you buy online/in store, you get your freebie.
CVS sent my birthday coupon this month for my birthday last month. They’re just late this year I think.
