Are you by chance on your phone? I had trouble getting to my surprise points on the phone, but found them when I went to my laptop. After proceeding to cart, there is an option on top to sign in to SYWR. After signing in, it reminded me that I had $3 in reward points and asked me if I wanted to apply them. Hope it helps!
