I just placed an order with the free shipping code through the app and it worked fine with my Kohl’s charge. Maybe try closing the app and try again? I was just coming here to thank Colin and team for the free shipping code. Had some things sitting in my cart that couldn’t be shipped to store and I didn’t want to drive all the way to the store to place my order.

I placed two orders (shoes and shorts) the last time free shipping was available, and it took almost 3 weeks for the orders to arrive. Never had that happen before.

The good: you don’t pay for shipping. The bad: when they have free shipping it takes a. long. time.
I’m in no hurry to receive my order. Ordered some back to school clothes for my daughter. And school just got out yesterday 🤪. She’s been asking for colored jeans for a while and Kohl’s.com has some on clearance that I couldn’t find in store. Brought them down to approximately $5 per pair.

I don’t know if this is being talked about somewhere else but I just got an email from kohl’s about changes. There will no longer be elite members. So no 10% rewards and no everyday free shipping. Looks like it is going back to how it was before with once a month free shipping. My store told me there will be changes coming because of the new ceo. Sorry if this has already been shared.
