Here’s what our Hip team said they pay full price for…
“I feel like I pay full price for everything. 😂 Obviously, if something I use goes on sale, I’ll be sure to stock up, but I find that most of my toxic-free lifestyle choices rarely go on sale, and I’m not willing to compromise and buy products that don’t align with me anymore. Full price life, on a budget, I guess? lol” – Sara
“These items I will repurchase at full cost no matter what the price is —
- Fun drinks I love (Bubblr energy drinks, Brew Dr. kombucha, etc.)
- Fine’ry Without A Trace perfume
- Frenshe perfume (any of the scents, they’re all worth it)
- Good Molecules Discoloration Serum
- Zum laundry detergent (Frankincense and Myrrh)
Most things I feel like I repurchase or buy often either go on sale often, or have a comparable item. If I run out of any of my full price favorites, I’m restocking regardless before the next sale lol. – Monica
“Plants at my local flower nursery. In fact, sometimes I don’t even look at the price because I get too caught up in how stunning each plant is after the next! I’ve recently taken up gardening and I’m realizing it’s not a cheap hobby lol 😂 But it’s brought me so much joy, so I would say the return on investment is priceless.” – Emily
We can’t wait to hear all about your so-good-they’re-worth-every-penny purchases!
Stay tuned for more Hip Birthday giveaway posts all week long! 🎉 Until then, let’s get back to the deals…
I can’t really think of anything, mostly because of H2S! 🙂
I would pay full price for persil laundry detergent because it is my favorite brand and really does a great job on laundry however I usually buy it when it is on sale so don’t have to pay full price for generally!!!
A good pair of walking shoes.
Condiments that run low that you won’t budge on like A1 steak sauce or MiracleWhip. Need them and can’t match the flavors.
Toilet paper
Mine would be Birkenstocks, so I have feet that don’t hurt
Shoes, some cleaning supplies, and some condiments. Coffee!
I would pay full price undergarments. It is nothing like being comfortable all day. When you find a brand that fits good and makes you feel good stick with it pay full price if you have to.
I would pay full price for a good book!
Plants, I love my flowers! And a good coffee drink and my local coffee shop!
plants at the local nursery – I don’t buy fresh cut flowers, but can’t resist a plant, and no you can’t have too many!
Nespresso pods, they’re worth it!
I pay full price for good coffee treats.
I try really hard to look for all discounts available when I shop. Probably the only thing that I buy at full price is food at restaurants.
Birkenstocks. I had two pretty bad foot surgeries on my left foot last year. Birkenstocks are what my surgeon recommended.
Hellmans mayonnaise! It’s just the best.
Only in dollar stores. I rarely stop and think about coupons or sale items
Comfortable shoes and good quality leggings
A new Halftime cooler for a pool day!!
Condiments and food that I’m brand loyal to (Ken’s Ranch, Daisy sour cream and cottage cheese, etc ..) some things you just can’t beat the quality ingredients and taste of and are with it!!
I pay full price for all my condiments. I only like certain brands. Also I would pay full price for a good bra !
Milk and certain meats
Brazi bites, gluten free bread bites… They are soooo good.
Bedding plants at my local nursery. I can count on my investment to grow (pun intended).
Origins moisturizer. Many groceries like milk and eggs.
Toilet paper and certain condiments
I’m on my feet all day, so supportive shoes. I also am willing to pay full price for my Coca-Cola addiction.

A really great pocket book – Louis Vuitton
My favorite comfortable yet supportive sneakers! Worth every penny.
I really try not to pay full price for anything. I will usually buy ahead if i find something on sale that i use regularly. However, I love Tropical Brand Moscato Sparkling Wine and it is never on sale so i always pay full price. It’s not that expensive but is my favorite so I just pay full price.
I pay full price for Moen bath and kitchen fixtures. I mean I do shop for the best price, but we only buy Moen. My husband is a contractor, we have several furnished rentals and have learned the hard way that the lifetime guarantee on Moen and its parts is worth the money! Their customer service is great. I call, say what’s wrong and the part is in the mail super quickly and all for free!
Milk and Eggs
Blue Buffalo dog food for my bulldogs!
I’ll pay full price for my running shoes.
Women’s Nike VaporFly running shoes. The absolute best!!
Kids
Anything that is handmade. Love supporting small businesses whenever possible.
When I’m in a tight spot, I end up settling for full price because I feel like I have no other choice. My dad always quotes me “necessity never made a good bargain”. I fall into this trap when I am out of something I really need. This is why I love H2S. I’m able to stock up on necessities when they are on sale so that I don’t have to get caught in this situation.
Organic milk, eggs, veggies…list goes on and on!
We pay full price for handmade / local items (goat soap, produce, etc).
Food at an airport. It’s a ripoff, but necessary.
Walking shoes
I would say plants at the nursery, but I also go to the clearance plants at Lowe’s to buy some plants to save for cheap
I pay full price for barefoot walking shoes!
My last Instapot. I use it all the time.
Coffee creamer 😂
In agreement with others, milk and eggs and other staples. But thanks to H2S I often get these in sale!!
A good pair of shoes!!👟 🏃🏻♀️
I had a really hard time finding something. Ha. I always find a way to get a deal. Culver’s for a special lunch out. Ha
Birkenstocks! They’re expensive, but I love them!
