Here’s what our Hip team said they pay full price for…
“I feel like I pay full price for everything. 😂 Obviously, if something I use goes on sale, I’ll be sure to stock up, but I find that most of my toxic-free lifestyle choices rarely go on sale, and I’m not willing to compromise and buy products that don’t align with me anymore. Full price life, on a budget, I guess? lol” – Sara
“These items I will repurchase at full cost no matter what the price is —
- Fun drinks I love (Bubblr energy drinks, Brew Dr. kombucha, etc.)
- Fine’ry Without A Trace perfume
- Frenshe perfume (any of the scents, they’re all worth it)
- Good Molecules Discoloration Serum
- Zum laundry detergent (Frankincense and Myrrh)
Most things I feel like I repurchase or buy often either go on sale often, or have a comparable item. If I run out of any of my full price favorites, I’m restocking regardless before the next sale lol. – Monica
“Plants at my local flower nursery. In fact, sometimes I don’t even look at the price because I get too caught up in how stunning each plant is after the next! I’ve recently taken up gardening and I’m realizing it’s not a cheap hobby lol 😂 But it’s brought me so much joy, so I would say the return on investment is priceless.” – Emily
We can’t wait to hear all about your so-good-they’re-worth-every-penny purchases!
Stay tuned for more Hip Birthday giveaway posts all week long! 🎉 Until then, let’s get back to the deals…
Condiments- has to be Heinz ketchup and Hellman’s mayo, but I always try to plan ahead and purchase them on sale.
I will always pay full price for a really nice meal out at a restaurant. I just love the experience too much along with the miraculous way that chefs can put together such amazing flavors.
Items for my fur babies
All free and clear pods. A houseful of sensitive skinned people makes it a necessity no matter the price.
a cow from a butcher
Top one: cottonballs rarely a sale on cottonballs! Also toothpicks, matches, straws and table salt, rarely a sale! Items that last a long time in pkg size and low cost per pkg, items thrown in the cart without overly considering the price
coffee ☕️ a must for my morning routine 😋
My favorite Starbucks coffee creamer. My momma treat I don’t skimp on.
Farm fresh eggs and beef from local farmers.
At the local Farmer’s Market I will pay full price for “real” tomatoes!! There is no comparison to what you get that is picked that morning vs. the grocery stores shipped in produce!!
‘
Milk because I have to have it for breakfast everyday.
I love having a nice soft serve cone during the summer– happily pay full price at our local ice cream shoppe for the treat!
Really had to think about this one because there are very few things I pay full price for…. My best answer is high quality fresh food for my dog – we’ve been using the farmer’s dog for many years now. Aside from the initial sign-up there are very few additional discounts offered, but I would/will continue to pay whatever it costs to keep feeding fresh food to my dog.
A air conditioner ours broke last night. It is 96° in Michigan and I have my 90 year-old disabled father living with me and I cannot take him any place nor can I find anybody that can install an air conditioning anytime soon.
Hair services and massages.
Frozen custard – this is a family favorite. It’s always a fun time with custard!
A bra that fits!
I would say fresh fruits from farmers market! Love fruits and can appreciate when they smell like freshly cut! 😊
A good all natural ingredient coffee creamer!
Name brand half and half. For some reason the store brands taste sour to me.
Good trash bags. The mess the cheap ones make is not worth the couple cents difference.
No choice but to pay full price for gasoline for my car.
Fresh fruits and vegetables grown locally when in season are completely worth spending lots of money on.
Sriracha sauce! We need it to be able to eat veggies so will pay full price no prob.
Dunkin coffee creamer!
A great meal out at a nice restaurant!
My Stok Cold Brew. Gotta Have it. I buy 3 a week and NOT Sorry. LOL!
Coffee!
I will pay full price for anything coffee related! Espresso, milk, creamer, etc. A necessity for me!
Anti-aging moisturizer 🙂
Running shoes
Coffee! I will pay all the money.
My foundation.. Haus Labs by Lady Gaga. Or my perfume , Dior Hypnotic Poison.
German Candy etc real Kinder Eggs (I only go home twice a year and can only fit so many in my luggage LOL) or any German seasonings.
Fresh fruit – can’t live without fresh fruit!
h2s #1 for sure ! 😍
name brand food for my fur babies, it is what tĥey enjoy and I dont want to mess with a good thing
A good meal at a restaurant and dessert
Fresh fruit
I buy several products at Aldi at full price since they are cheaper than at other stores.
sneakers! You cannot skimp on good supportive sneakers.
Starbucks
Real Q-tips! The generic brands are just NOT the same!
At the hair salon I attend, prices are individualized based on the level of the service provider. There are few things I pay full price for, however, this is one full price “splurge” I have never regretted. My top tier hair stylist always has me feeling and looking my best. My hair is long and healthy (I do not color it) so I justify the cost due to the need of fewer appointments. I also have my kids’ hair cut by a professional. After the COVID lockdown I know my limitations. The COVID “mom cut” I gave my son was brutal to say the least.
Face wash products! My face is worth full price!
Hair and nails! Yes, I splurge…lol
Birkenstocks!
Allergy/itching medication
I will gladly pay full price for my daily makeup routine. It makes me feel better about myself so it’s worth it! However, I definitely stock up when there is a sale!
Digital camera with a quality lens
A great pair of walking shoes.
