Is it even Halloween if you haven’t watched the Charlie Brown Halloween movie?!
The ultimate Halloween movie is on Apple TV!
It’s just not Halloween without at least one viewing of It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown! This beloved classic was tragically absent from TV networks in 2020, but it found a new home on Apple TV in 2021, and it will air again there this year.
The Charlie Brown Halloween movie follows Charlie Brown, Snoopy, and the rest of the Peanuts gang while they celebrate Halloween and wait for the Great Pumpkin to emerge from the pumpkin patch. It’s one of the most treasured Halloween movies ever, and now you can watch it for free!
Even if you don’t have an Apple TV subscription, there are a few ways you can still watch It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown for free. From Saturday, October 21st through Sunday, October 22nd, everyone (including non-subscribers) can watch this Halloween classic on Apple TV for free!
Even better, Target Circle members may be able to score a FREE 3-month Apple TV trial! Just check your Target Circle account and click on the “Partners” tab, where you may find this offer listed (valid through February 3rd, 2024).
As another option, BestBuy.com is offering a FREE 3-month Apple TV trial as well! Note that returning subscribers may be offered a free 2-month trial instead.
With either one of the free 3-month trial offers, you’ll be able to stream your holiday favorites all the way through the new year for free. That’s perfect timing to watch the Charlie Brown Halloween movie (along with the Thanksgiving and Christmas specials) for free!
I wish this came on regualr TV, we looked forward to this every year as a family tradition.
We’ll be sure to keep an eye out for any other ways to watch, rn404. π€ If you happen to have a DVD player, you might scoop it up on Amazon for under $10 to have on hand each year. π I’ve done this with other classics when I’ve no longer been able to find them on local channels. π€
Yes. I had bought the DVD thankfully. I think itβs terrible that they did this.
I checked my DVR to see what channel it was on when I recorded it in October 2021.
Looks like it was on PBS WHYY. Maybe again this year.
It really is unfortunate. Especially because its the almost the only good thing on Apple TV. I wasn’t impressed by any of the programs up there.
Sorry to hear you didn’t care for any of their other content, Chelsea. Hoping you’ll be able to watch and enjoy the Charlie Brown Halloween movie. β€οΈπ
