The blankets are rumored to feel exactly the same as they’re both 100% polyester, but the Barefoot Dreams CozyChic Throw is just a few inches longer. For less than half the price and with the addition of the adorable pom-poms on the trim, the clear winner here is the budget-friendly alternative!

If I’m spending $99 on a robe, it had better come with magical fairy wings or something. On the contrary, the Barefoot Dreams CozyChic Unisex Robe is pretty basic and isn’t much different than the $30 Target version.
The robes are almost identical in length, but the budget-friendly Target robe is a bit shorter than the CozyChic robe. I honestly like the shorter length better! Aside from that, they’re both 100% polyester, have the same side pocket detailing, and even come in the same gray and white colors.
Stars Above Cozy Chenille Robe is another great lookalike and is longer in length, but this one sells out fast so if you see it in stock, you better grab it quick!
3. Cozy-Knit Open-Front Cardigan Sweater

Each throw is 100% polyester and machine washable, but the CozyChic throw is a bit larger measuring 54″ x 72″, while the blanket from Urban Outfitters, measures 50″ x 60″—not a huge difference and well worth the substantially lower price of $49 vs. $147.
After being gifted a Barefoot Dreams Throw Blanket, I learned that Urban Outfitters makes one that looks very similar and at a fraction of the cost of the popular brand. Whaaat?! Best. News. Ever.

I got the Stargazer throw and it’s very nice, but I wouldn’t compare it to a BD blanket. I have several BD cardigans that I got off of Poshmark. They are much more tightly woven than the Stargazer throw. The throw is almost exactly like the cloud wrap cardigan I got from an Alltrue box a while ago. It’s still super soft and worth it, but just not the same. I hear that the dupe actually washes much better. One thing about the throw, I found it to be super small, but I typically only buy oversized throws, so take that for what it’s worth!

Am I the only one, that was completely disappointed with the UO blanket? I waited and waited, got it for $29 on sale and, it’s definitely not worth the full price. I would hope that BD, for the price they sell, it’s a much nicer one.
