I fell in love with Caraway cookware, so I’m sharing my review on Caraway bakeware.
Even as a pricier product, these pans will save you time and money in the long run so you can enjoy all the goodness of baking without the bad.
Despite having some awesome, new cookware that actually has me looking for a reason to cook these days, I was still lacking in the bakeware department. I had no muffin tins, no cake pans, no bread loaf pans, and for the past few years was using hand-me-down baking sheets. 😖
Don’t believe me?
Above is a photo of one of our frequently used sheet pans (not non-stick…clearly 😂) compared to our shiny, new Caraway pan which has been used the most since I got our new Caraway bakeware set! ✨
Needless to say, the comparison between the two has me pretty embarrassed and I knew Caraway’s bakeware line was exactly what I needed in my life. 🙌🏻
Just like their cookware, the Caraway bakeware line is 100% clean and completely chemical-free.
Did you know when Teflon and other traditional nonstick bakeware (or cookware) reach high temperatures they leak chemicals into your food? 😳 You may not see it, but it’s happening.
Caraway bakeware is free of PTFE, PFOA, PFA’s, and heavy metals and their products release up to 60% less CO2 emissions when produced compared to traditional non-stick coatings. 😱
So, good for you, your family, and the planet. 🌎
I’m also a sucker for their innovative storage organizers. 😍
As you may already know, the Caraway cookware set comes with sturdy magnetic organizers so all your gorgeous pots and pans can stack together standing up.
By no surprise, the Caraway bakeware line has taken things to another level with their organization and I just love that everything has its own place in my kitchen. 🤩
These stunning organizers come in a neutral gray color and are so beautiful you won’t even mind leaving them out for everyone to see. Plus, they’re soft enough so your pans won’t ever get scratched taking them out or putting them away.
Even better, the straps on the front are magnetic so each pan is a total cinch to take out.
So how will Caraway Bakeware save you money?
Traditionally, I would use parchment paper or aluminum foil whenever a recipe calls for it and, of course, to save myself the hassle of soaking and scrubbing pans after (all of which cost money and add up over time if they’re not reusable).
Thanks to the impressive non-stick capabilities, I get to ditch the unnecessary steps of prepping and excessively cleaning my pans. 🙌🏻
Bacon is a food frequently made in my home and cleaning the pan is always something I would dread afterward.
However, thanks to the truly non-stick features of Caraway bakeware, cooked bacon simply slides right off the pan, and cleaning the pan couldn’t be easier! 😱
After dumping the grease in my bacon bin, I have been able to wipe these pans clean with no effort just using a wet Swedish dishcloth! 🤯 Crazy!
I have made multiple recipes using their sheet pans and every single food has come off beautifully!
I have a question for ya…
Can you make sheet pan pancakes on your current bakeware without using parchment paper or having them stick? 😏 I certainly know I couldn’t before owning some Caraway bakeware. 🙌🏻
Even sticky granola baked in the oven won’t stick and slides right off these babies.
Since I’m someone who loves to keep my home as eco-friendly as possible, this is a mega bonus in my book – goodbye parchment paper and foil! 👋🏼
Still not convinced?
To be totally blunt, I never owned muffin pans because I absolutely HATE cleaning them. On the rare days I want a muffin, I’d rather go support my local bakery. 😂
That said, I couldn’t wait to test out the Caraway muffin tin because I KNEW it would be a game-changer.
By no surprise, even eggs with ZERO butter slide right off! 😱
The days of soaking and scrubbing are a total thing of the past and I am confident to say there’s not a recipe you can’t make with this bakeware! 🎉🙌🏻

Iβve been considering this cookware. I LOVE the cream color. Do the outside of the pans discolor at all?
Hey there! The cream color is also my favorite and I LOVE it!
We have a gas stove and because of that I have noticed little scratches on the bottom of our cookware here and there which I’ve been able to clean off easily with a magic eraser or rubbing a paste-like mixture of Dawn dish soap + baking soda on the areas that need it, but I haven’t noticed any discoloration whatsoever. I have been very cautious about heating them at the appropriate temperatures, although they can withstand up to 550Β°F so I don’t foresee this being a cause of any future discoloration either. I hope this helps answer your question, jamiswaite, and I hope you love your new cookware!
Thank you! Iβm going for the cream.
Amazing, happy shopping! I can’t wait to hear your thoughts on Caraway. π₯°
What do you use in terms of slotted spoon, ladle, etc. Someone told me you can not use metal because it will scratch it. Do you have a favorite of serving spoons, etc that you use?
Hey Becca! I checked with Sara on this, and here’s what she shared – “I donβt have a favorite set and Iβm actually in need of a new set myself but yes, only wood, plastic, or silicone is recommended on any non-stick so they donβt scratch. I have all 3 types of those utensils and none work better than others. The pans are truly non-stick regardless.” Hoping this is helpful! π

I donβt know if there are any sales out there, but I have Le Creuset muffin tins, and they are a dream to clean.
Costco carries Caraway now. It looms like their 4 piece set is the same as the 5 piece without the organizer.
Thanks for sharing that! Good to know you’ve seen their sets at Costco! π₯°
I should have mentioned online only.
No worries! Thanks so much for the update! π€
Hello, the pans look great and I wanted to know how long have you been using them. All nonstick cookware look great in the beginning but after a year they turn gross! Will they look like this after a year or 2? I am interested but since this set is expensive it will be a long term investment and I plan on buying something that will last me for years. Thanks!
Hey, Jen2020! I’ve been using my Caraway Cookware and Bakeware for almost a year and really do love them. All of the insides of my pans still look nearly new. I will say the exterior has seen some scratches and discoloration which I haven’t attempted to get off but that’s really only on our largest, most used baking sheet that we use daily. It honestly doesn’t bother me, though as the chemical-free attribute trumps any cons! I hope this helps!
Thank you so much Sara! Great to know that these pans last long!
I am probably an odd ball here but maybe itβs because I have a gas stove too. But I HATE these pans. My daughter does too. I was so excited to get them. We built our dream home and got our dream stove and I had to have these pots and pans. They all get burned up looking at the bottom. No matter what I do and what we cook stuff sticks to bottom. Iβm constantly having to use Norwex cleaning paste and spirinetti to keep this set looking ok. And itβs just ok looking. I would not personally ever recommend. I ended up getting a cheap set from Aldi that gives me no issues! Lol. I have the cream set and I have pots pans and bakeware. Just my opinion
SO sorry to hear this.β€οΈ Thanks a bunch for the honest review on how they’ve been holding up for you. These are recommended to cook with low to medium heat only, with a max oven heat of 550 degrees.
Here are some additonal tips they have on their site –
“Pre-heat for up to 90 seconds on low to medium heat only before adding oil. Avoid leaving an empty pan on a hot burner, unless over very low heat.”
“Ceramic can hold heat more efficiently than traditional pans, so use pans on low to medium heat when cooking. Overheating can wear away the non-stick coating.”
Hoping these tips might be helpful! ππ€π
Keep your eye out for them at Homegood also. I saw them there this week they had the frying pans and the bakeware with the organizer.
Ooh! Thanks for the tip on where you’ve spotted them, Vicki! ππ
